Redgum honey has been shown to be high in antioxidants with antimicrobial properties and high activity levels proven to help with healing similar to Jarrah honey. The honey is rich golden in colour and has a full-body caramel taste. The Redgum tree(Eucalyptus Camaldulensis) begins flowering in December, ending towards mid January and is unique to Australia.
