Karri trees(Eucalyptus Diversicolor) grow in the south western forest regions of Western Australia making it unique, add the fact that the Karri flower only blooms every 7-10 years and you are left with a very rare and special honey only found in WA. The honey itself is sought after for it’s light and mild flavour with a mellow floral taste.
